What happens at my first visit?

Sixty minutes with a doctor — not a rushed hand-off. We do a comprehensive exam, digital x-rays, intra-oral photos, an oral-cancer screen, and a full periodontal chart. You leave with a written plan and a printed estimate.

Do I need to bring anything?

A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any previous x-rays if easy to retrieve. Everything else lives in our system.

Do you take my insurance?

We're out-of-network with most PPO plans but we file claims on your behalf and most patients recover 40–80% of costs. We also accept CareCredit, Sunbit and Cherry for financing.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — 0% APR financing up to 24 months for cases over $1,500 through Cherry and Sunbit. We do soft credit checks that don't affect your score.

How do I book?

What if I need to reschedule?

Every confirmation email has a reschedule link. Or reply to the SMS reminder — the same doctor will answer.

Do you see dental emergencies?

Every day. The emergency line rings a rotating doctor directly. Most emergencies are seen the same day.
